DO NOT ORDER FROM RYMANS
I purchased a computer desk , from Rymans over a week ago, when the desk arrived it was severely damaged in 1 corner , so I've been through the correct procedure of contacting Ryman's to get this item exchanged. I was told initially that i would have to wait 3 working days to allow time for the supplier to make a choice as to what they can do about it , ( which i find strange as i purchased this table from Rymans! Not there supplier) my receipt says Rymans not supplier! I waited 3 days and no email or contact had been made by Rymans! So i contacted customer support only to be told that the advisor i spoke too didnt pass on the correct info to the supplier so there would be a delay of 48 hours! Which i find to be terrible customer service! I also made a complaint about this to Rymans which they assured me the matter would be dealt with as soon as possible. I waited 48 hours , with no contact or email from Rymans yet again!!! So i contacted Rymans again to find out what was going on , to be told that the supplier had been in touch and gave two options , 30% discount or replacement , (i had already told them 3 times i would like an exchange) i was then told to wait another 24 hours! I still yet have not heard or had any contact from rymans about this issue or where or when my replacement is going to be delivered! now im not being funny but why did i have to contact Rymans to find this out , as a PAYING customer i shouldnt have to chase a company for a item ive already paid for in full and received damaged! 2 why has this matter taken over a week from purchase to get sorted? And its not even sorted yet! Its taken over a week to replace 1 desk! Hahaa 1 desk , its laughable , If i had gone to argos i would have had a replacement the same day! Ive never known such a farse of a company who genuinely doesnt care about their consumers or customer service i will never buy from rymans again as this is the worst shopping experience ive ever had , i feel as if im dealing with a 3rd party ebay company.

I went into Ryman Staines this afternoon expecting to be able to print my document. Unfortunately due to the security protocols the staff were unable to access my document, and I ended up having to go back home and come back with it. This was all very stressful, but Nirmala and Vimi were so lovely and understanding and even stayed after closing time (on a Sunday!) to ensure I got my document printed. They were real angels - thank you so much ladies!

Bisley Metal Filing Cabinet
I purchased the Bisley Metal Filing Cabinet 2 Drawer A4 which when I unwrapped it I noticed it was slightly damaged and wasn’t what I was expecting for something brand new. The damage was on the underside and inside so couldn’t be seen from the outside side. The damage doesn’t detract from use so Ryman offered an exchange / £10 refund. I opted for the refund as didn’t want the hassle of returning and the possibility of receiving another one damaged
